At KingVelo, we are committed to transparent global logistics for industrial machinery. All orders are professionally handled, secured, and shipped from our physical headquarters in Cirebon, Indonesia.
1. International Shipping Rates
We provide fixed flat-rate shipping options to ensure full cost transparency at checkout. These rates apply globally:

2. Handling and Transit Time
- Order Cut-off Time: 15:00 (GMT+7) Monday - Friday.
- Handling Time: 1 – 3 Business Days (Monday - Friday).
- Transit Time: 14 – 21 Business Days (Monday - Friday).
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can monitor your shipment’s progress 24/7.
4. Shipping Restrictions
Please note that we currently do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses due to the size and technical nature of our industrial machinery. All deliveries require a physical address and a signature upon receipt.
5. Import Duties & Taxes (DAP Notice)
All international orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms. KingVelo is responsible for the delivery of the goods to your destination. However, the buyer is responsible for any local import duties, VAT, or customs fees. These charges are not included in the checkout price and must be paid to the courier upon arrival.
6. Damage in Transit
If your package arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery immediately and take clear photos of the damage. Contact us at cs@kingvelo.com within 48 hours. We will prioritize a replacement or initiate an insurance claim on your behalf.
