1. International Shipping Rates
We provide fixed flat-rate shipping options to ensure full cost transparency at checkout:

2. Handling and Transit Time
- Order Cut-off Time: 15:00 (GMT+7) Monday - Friday.
- Handling Time: 1 – 3 Business Days (Monday - Friday).
- Transit Time: 14 – 21 Business Days (Monday - Friday).
3. Import Duties & Taxes (DAP Notice)
All international orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms. KingVelo is responsible for the delivery of the goods to the named destination. However, the buyer is responsible for any local import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees required by their country's regulations upon arrival.
4. Damage in Transit
In the event of damage during transit, please refuse the delivery and document the condition with clear photographs. Contact our logistics support within 24 hours at cs@kingvelo.com to initiate a replacement or insurance claim.
