3. Products, Availability, and Pricing
- Technical Accuracy: We strive for maximum accuracy for Engines, Generators, and Power Tools, but do not warrant that all content is error-free.
- Pricing: Prices are subject to change. KINGVELO reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.
4. Payment Terms
We accept secured payments via PayPal and other displayed methods. By providing details, you authorize us to charge the total value of your order through the designated instrument.
5. International Shipping and Customs (DAP Terms)
All shipments are sent on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis. KINGVELO is responsible for delivery to the destination, excluding import clearance costs.
Buyer's Responsibility: Import duties, VAT, GST, or local customs fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are typically collected by the courier upon delivery.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Restocking Fees
Returns follow our 30-day policy. A 10% restocking fee applies to "change of mind" returns. Note: Engines or Generators that have been fueled or oiled cannot be returned due to hazardous material regulations.
7. Limitation of Liability
KINGVELO shall not be liable for any injury or damages arising from the use of our products. Users are responsible for operating heavy machinery and tools in accordance with manufacturer safety manuals and local laws.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cirebon District Court (Pengadilan Negeri Cirebon), West Java, Indonesia.
