International Shipping & Logistics

We offer transparent fixed rates for international shipping, including professional export crating:
- International Express Post (EMS): $270.00 (14–21 Business Days)
- DHL Express Worldwide: $360.00 (14–21 Business Days)
- FedEx International Economy: $390.00 (14–21 Business Days)
- UPS Worldwide Expedited: 400.00 (14–21 Business Days)

All orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis. The buyer is responsible for all local import duties, VAT, and customs taxes collected by the courier at the time of delivery.

No. For security and customs reasons, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. A valid physical address and a phone number are mandatory.
Returns & After-Sales

To cover technical inspection and repackaging, the following fees apply:
- $0 Fee (Free): If the item is defective or the wrong model was sent.
- 10% Restocking Fee: For all "Change of Mind" returns.
- 20% Restocking Fee: For international shipments refused at customs.

Due to safety regulations, the following are strictly non-returnable:
- Any engine or machine that has been filled with fuel or oil.
- Special order equipment or customized trailers.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance".
Technical & Packaging Standards

We use Reinforced Industrial Wooden Crating for all heavy items. To comply with IATA safety regulations, all fuel-driven engines are completely drained of fluids before transport.

Take clear photos before opening it and contact cs@kingvelo.com within 24 hours. Claims after 24 hours may not be covered by insurance.

Yes. All engines are shipped 100% dry. You must refill the unit with the correct fluids as specified in the manual before the first start.
