- Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Item Condition: To qualify for a refund, items must be in their original, unused, and factory-dry condition, including all original packaging and manuals.
2. Safety Compliance (Hazardous Materials)
To comply with international shipping safety regulations (IATA & IMDG):
- Non-Returnable Status: Machinery that has been filled with fuel, oil, or combustible fluids cannot be returned due to safety hazards during transit.
- Pre-Use Inspection: Please inspect your product thoroughly upon arrival before adding any fluids.
3. Return Shipping & Fees
We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden costs:
- Defective or Wrong Item: KingVelo provides a Prepaid Return Shipping Label at no cost to you.
- Change of Mind: For standard returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Restocking Fee: We charge $0.00 (No restocking fee) for all eligible returns.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is inspected (within 3 business days of arrival), we will issue a refund to your original payment method:
- Processing Time: Refunds typically appear in your account within 5 – 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please refuse the package or contact us at cs@kingvelo.com within 48 hours with photographic evidence to ensure a swift replacement or full refund.
