01. General Conditions
At KingVelo - Help Your Solutions, we accept returns for industrial equipment that is unused and in its original packaging. To maintain safety standards, mechanical products like engines or generators must not have been filled with fuel or oil.

03. Non-Returnable Items
Hazardous Material Compliance
Due to international aviation and shipping laws, any engine, generator, or machinery that has been filled with fuel or oil cannot be returned. Please ensure the product is correct before adding any liquids.
04. Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected at our Cirebon warehouse (usually within 2-3 business days), your refund will be processed back to your original payment method:
- PayPal: 1 – 3 Business Days
- Credit Cards: 5 – 10 Business Days (depending on your bank)
