KINGVELO International Shipping Policy (Delivered Duty Paid - DDP)

All operational and processing times are based on Western Indonesian Time (WIB).

B. Handling Time and Cut-Off Time
Handling Time: In-stock orders are typically processed and prepared for shipping within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, during operational hours).
Cut-Off Time: Our daily cut-off time for same-day processing is 5:00 PM WIB. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

KINGVELO utilizes the most appropriate and economical method to ensure the best value for our customers. Carrier Selection Policy: For all international shipments, KINGVELO reserves the right to determine the mode of transportation (Ocean Cargo or Air Freight) based on, but not limited to, product weight, dimensions, classification (e.g., hazardous materials), order value, and specific delivery requirements. Note on Delivery Time: The delivery estimate shown during checkout reflects the total time required under our standard freight tier (whether air or ocean). Working Days exclude weekends, public holidays, and time spent awaiting customs clearance.
3. Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees (DDP)
All international shipments from KINGVELO are sent on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means the price you pay at checkout is the final landed price, with no hidden fees upon delivery.

KINGVELO Responsibility (Import Charges): KINGVELO is fully responsible for calculating, collecting (if applicable), and paying all necessary customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, and any associated customs brokerage or handling fees imposed by the destination country's government.
Recipient Benefit: The recipient (customer) will NOT be required to pay any duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery or pickup of the order.
4. Shipping Price Guarantee
We guarantee that the shipping price displayed at checkout is the final, fixed shipping price. KINGVELO will never contact you after checkout to request additional payment for shipping, regardless of the actual freight cost, weight, or package size.
5. Damage, Inspection, and Claim Policy
A strict inspection and claim process must be followed:
Visible Damage: You MUST inspect the package BEFORE signing the courier's delivery receipt. Any visible damage MUST be noted on the delivery slip and immediately reported to KINGVELO Customer Service.
Hidden Damage: Damage discovered after delivery must be reported to KINGVELO within 72 hours of delivery. Claims reported after this 72-hour window will not be eligible for repair or replacement.
Claim Requirements: Customers MUST keep ALL original packaging materials (box, padding, etc.) and provide high-quality photographic evidence of the damage to process insurance claims.
6. Returns and Electronic Serial Number Policy
For electronic items returned for refund or exchange, the serial number of the returned product MUST match the serial number logged by KINGVELO at the time of shipment. Failure to match the serial number will result in the denial of a refund, and the item will be returned to the sender at their expense.
