Handling time:

  • All orders require 1-3 business days for processing and packing before shipment.
  • For international sea freight, additional packing preparation may take up to 3 business days to ensure safe transit.

In-Store Pickup

  • Curbside pickup is available for all purchases. Pickups are available Monday–Friday from 09:00 AM - 18:00 PM. Customers will receive a confirmation email when their order is ready for pickup.

Free Standard Shipping

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental Indonesia. Most orders ship within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days.


Do you Deliver Internationally?

Delivery time

  • FedEx International Economy: Generally delivers within 7-22 business days depending on your location.
  • UPS International Economy: Generally delivers within 7-22 business days depending on your location.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page but may vary depending on many factors. The shipping quote that you see may be only an estimate but in the event that it is different we will contact you.

We reserve the right to partially ship an order unless the customer informs us in writing that they would like to receive a complete order.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The shipping is only an estimate and may vary by the actual shipping dimensions for which we will contact you to let you know. We sometimes will absorb an additional cost but if the difference in shipping cost is significantly higher, we will contact you and let you know. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We can only guarantee delivery time for UPS and FedEx next day air or second day air shipping based on the day the item is actually shipped and not the date it was ordered.

In the event that a customer wants to cancel an order we will make every effort to try and stop the shipment of this order. If the order ships once in transit it cannot be stopped, and customer shall be responsible for shipping both ways of the order and any other restocking fees. This applies both to partially shipped orders or any backordered items that are shipped.

Next Day air orders or second day air orders are subject to the day the order is processed and picked up from the warehouse by the carrier. If the order wasn't processed until the next day or picked up the shipping will not be refunded or discounted.

Customer is responsible for any claims for orders that are delivered and left at front door unless customer requests proof of signature while placing the order. If the package was left at the front entrance without proof of signature it is the customer's responsibility to contact the proper authorities and or file a claim with the carrier.

IMPORTATNT: Orders will be delivered to the shipping address entered and if we provide proof of delivery and any claims that this order has not been received shall be made to the shipping service provider that you have chosen. By placing this order, you agree that we are not responsible for orders that show delivered as with proof of delivery. In the event that we provide proof of delivery that the order was delivered to your ship to address you acknowledge that the order is complete and any claims regarding the delivery of this order shall be made by customer to the shipping provider. In the event that we choose a different shipping provider the customer shall still take responsibility of the shipment once the shipper has provided proof of delivery.
 


Customs, Duties & Taxes on International Orders:

We do not add international tax, tariffs or duties to orders. It is solely your responsibility to pay these fees.

Tracking:

Upon shipment, you'll receive a unique tracking number to monitor your order's journey until it reaches you.


Cancellation:

You can cancel your order at any time before it’s shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy for further assistance.


Packages Damaged in Transit:

If you notice any damage to your package during transit, we kindly request you reject it if feasible and contact our customer service team immediately for support. In case the package arrives without your presence, please notify our customer service team promptly for next steps.
