5. International Shipping and Delivery

As per our Shipping Policy , we offer FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING for all orders worldwide, however transit time varies depending on the product type ( Air Freight 7-18 Working Days, Sea Freight 30-60 Working Days).

5.2. Customs, Taxes, and DDU

All deliveries are sent on a Delivered at Place (DAP) / Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis . By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

KINGVELO is NOT responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT or handling fees imposed by the customs authorities of the destination country.
The recipient (Customer) is fully responsible for paying all such fees upon delivery or pickup of the order.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

All returns are governed by our Return and Exchange Policy .

6.1. Time Period

Returns are generally accepted within 30 days of receipt. Defective returns must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

6.2. Procedures and Fees

Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping the item.
The cost of returning the goods to Indonesia is fully borne by the customer, unless the return is due to KINGVELO's error.
KINGVELO is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, KINGVELO, our directors, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the service or products purchased using the service, regardless of the legal basis for such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless KINGVELO and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia .

9.1. Jurisdiction

All disputes arising from or related to the use of this site or the purchase of products will be resolved through deliberation to achieve mutual agreement. If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be submitted to the Bandung District Court, West Java, Indonesia , which has exclusive jurisdiction.
